AmFirst is teaming up with LifeSouth Community Blood Centers to host a blood drive at our Downtown branch on Wednesday, June 29 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
COVID-19 continues to impact donor turnout, and the need for blood donations continues to increase.
Our community is also experiencing a severe blood shortage and we need your help.
It’s important now more than ever to donate. One donation can save up to three lives in our local community!
The Downtown branch is located at:
1200 4th Avenue North
Birmingham, AL 35203
Donors must be 16 or older, weigh at least 110 pounds, and must show a photo I.D. All donors will also receive a $10 e-gift card.
A written parental permission is required for 16-year-old donors.
Walk-ins are welcome, but you can also schedule an appointment if there’s a specific time you’d like to donate.
