AmFirst introduces Coin Counter Machines at four of its branches

A Coin Counter machine allows you to bring in loose coin to pour into the machine.

AmFirst is proud to announce the installation of our new Coin Counter Machines at four of our branches – Downtown, Bessemer, McCalla, and Talladega.

While our teller line will still be more than happy to accept your rolled coins, we are happy to now be able to offer the option of taking loose change through the Coin Counter at a competitive rate.

A Coin Counter machine allows you to bring in loose coin to pour into the machine and for a small convenience fee will roll the coins for you.

It will count your coins and provide you with a receipt that includes the total of the coins, along with the appropriate fee.

We’re still as always happy to accept all rolled coins at the teller line as a regular deposit.

Then, you will take the receipt to the Teller Line to cash or deposit the funds to your account.

There is an 8 percent fee for members and a 12 percent fee for non-members using the Coin Counter.

This amount will be included on your receipt from the machine.

HOLIDAY CLOSURE ALERT:

. All AmFirst branches will be closed Nov. 28-29 in observance of Thanksgiving.
