We’re giving away 21 prize packs to celebrate our members during Member Appreciation Week!
ELIGIBILITY – Participation is limited to eligible persons who are 19 years or older and a resident of Alabama. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
* Employees, officers, directors of the credit union and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children and their spouses) and persons living in the same households of each of the above are ineligible.
The Promotion Periods for each branch will run as follows and apply to entries actually received by AmFirst during these periods.
Monday, July 15 – Hoover, Inverness, Mobile, Pelham
Tuesday, July 16 – Oxford, Pell City, Talladega
Wednesday, July 17 – Leeds, Roebuck, Trussville
Thursday, July 18 – Bessemer, Calera, Forestdale, Hueytown, McCalla
Friday, July 19 – Cullman, Downtown, Ensley, Gardendale, Lakeshore, Vestavia
PRIZE – AmFirst will award 21 prize packs consisting of an IceMule, Tumbler, and Beach Towel to 21 winners (one per branch) as part of the giveaway.
HOW TO ENTER – Each person who visits the branch on the previously mentioned dates can enter to win the giveaway prizes.
WINNER SELECTIONS – The selection of a prize winner hereunder will be final. Selected winners will be chosen at random at 2 p.m. daily for the branches featured that day. The winner will be contacted by phone call and have 2 hours to respond. In the event a selected winner does not respond or cannot accept the prize for any reason, the selected winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may or may not be selected from the remaining eligible entries. The winners will be notified by AmFirst if any prize is unclaimed. No transfer or substitution of prize permitted by winner. No cash or other considerations will be paid. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entry forms received.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION – AmFirst reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Campaign and acceptance of a prize. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of AmFirst, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this campaign. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to hold AmFirst and its employees harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Campaign or acceptance, receipt, possession, or misuse of the prize. AmFirst is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the administration of the Campaign or in the announcement of the prize.
PUBLICITY AUTHORIZATION – AmFirst may use winner’s name, likeness and city name for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
