** Employees, officers, directors of America’s First Federal Credit Union (“Credit Union”) and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children and their spouses) and persons living in the same households of each of the above are ineligible.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Membership is not required to participate in the prize.
ELIGIBILITY – Participation is limited to eligible persons who are 19 years or older and a resident of Alabama. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Promotion period begins MONDAY, DECEMBER 9 and ends SUNDAY, DECEMBER 22 and applies to entries actually received by the Credit Union during this period. All winners will be notified by the Credit Union if any prize is unclaimed, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
PRIZE – The Credit Union will award a pre-selected prize to a randomly selected winner as part of our 12 Days of Christmas Giveaways social media contest. In order to win the final day’s grand prize, contestants must have participated in all previous days.
HOW TO ENTER –To enter to win, participants must:
- Like the post.
- Like or follow us on Facebook.
- Tag a friend in the comments (each comment + tag counts as a separate entry!)
WINNER SELECTIONS – The selection of a prize winner hereunder will be final. Selected winners will be notified by a private message from the Credit Union’s Facebook account following the drawing. Each day at 9 a.m., the giveaway of the day will be announced. The giveaway winner will be contacted after 9 a.m. the following business day. The winner will have 5 hours to respond to our message, or we will move on to the next winner. Each winner will be posted on Facebook on the original post as soon as the winner accepts. It will also be posted on our Instagram and Facebook Stories.
- The winners for the weekend of December 13th-15th will be notified on Monday, December 16 due to the weekend.
- The winner for Day 12 will not be announced until Monday, Dec. 23 and will have all weekend to enter.
Participants will need to participate in all previous posts in order to be eligible for the 12th Day grand prize.
In the event a selected winner does not respond to the Credit Union’s private message or cannot accept the prize for any reason, the selected winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may or may not be selected from the remaining eligible entries. No transfer or substitution of prize permitted by winner. No cash or other considerations will be paid. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entry forms received.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION – The Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Campaign and acceptance of a prize. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Credit Union, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this campaign. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to hold Credit Union and its employees harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Campaign or acceptance, receipt, possession, or misuse of the prize. Credit Union is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the administration of the Campaign or in the announcement of the prize. Prizes are reportable for tax purposes and the responsibility of the recipient.
PUBLICITY AUTHORIZATION – The Credit Union may use winner’s name, likeness and city name for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
