LifeSouth, AmFirst to hold blood drive in Gardendale on Friday, June 19

AmFirst and LifeSouth Community Blood Centers are teaming up once again to help you give back to the community.

LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is hosting a blood drive on Friday, June 19 outside of the AmFirst branch located at 1039 Mount Olive Road.

Only three people will be seen at a time.  If there’s a certain time you’d like to donate, you can sign up at this link.

LifeSouth will also provide a $10 gift card to successful donors.

The blood drive will last from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

All donors will also receive a T-shirt!

New fee for loan payments:

Starting on January 1, 2023, there will be an $8.00 transaction fee for loan payments when members pay with a debit card.

If you are making a loan payment using your checking account and routing number (ACH) there will continue to be no transaction fee. Also, there will continue to be no transaction fee if you are using the transfer function in Online Banking to make a payment.
